ENGAGEMENT OF COUNSEL/ADVOCATES
As a firm that has dealt with various matters we from time to time engage counsel in order to safe guard the interests of our clients, acting on instructions is of paramount importance hence such decisions are made with the knowledge and permission of the client. We also make sure we are agree the hourly rate of counsels so as to avoid any surprises.
CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS LEGAL EDUCATION
Madima Inc has taken the initiative to empower our female legal secretary with covering her fees in the study of her Llb degree, she is currently studying ta Unisa and doing her 2nd year.
We have also paid for another. Female employee a course regarding costs, so that this also assists us in curtailing our clients costs.
PRO BONO MATTERS
We have recently undertaken cases of clients who are struggling with payments towards the banks for properties that have been financed, the firm assisted the clients to enter into suitable repayments of their debts and avoid repossession.
